In most cases of pre-authorised treatment, we can claim the cost of your treatment directly from your insurer, thus saving you the need to pay out fees in advance and the paperwork involved in claiming back treatment costs. Some providers may require that you pay the treatment costs up front and then claim the funds directly from them. Check with your provider directly for more details.
In order for you to claim on your plan, some insurance companies require you to obtain a referral from your GP or Consultant. Other companies just require you to contact them and speak to one of their team either on the phone or via video call.
